New personnel under Fisher or replace Fisher. Right now I don't consider either option any more likely than the other.
My preference, already stated, is replace Fisher but hopefully hang on to a few others. Williams most notably. It's why I think 'if' a HC change is likely I'd like to see it immediately, (which I do NOT think likely at all), because it would give the new guy some time to study asst. coaches as well as players before beheading staff and players. That seems a 'good' way to transition to me... ALTHOUGH...
Nepotism I believe is SOP in the NFL today. So if it's to be a new coach it's probably likely that 'getting to know' the current asst. coaches probably wouldn't happen no matter what.
Now that I have confused you even more than you already were... Ram's will probably extend Fisher, Boras, Keenum, TA, all the rest... but get rid of Hekker. - JamesJM
