We heard this crap starting after Schottenheimer was let go and its been the same old @#$%& ever since.
Fisher cannot be trusted to pick the OC. If and its a big if, Fisher was to be allowed to stay on as head coach then the new OC needs to be hired by somebody else. Maybe Demoff? Maybe with help of an outside consultant.
Secondly the new OC would essentially have to be the head coach of the offense and given autonomy where Fisher has no influence or say over what the new OC does.
Thirdly, improving the offense has to be priority with this franchise. I'm not saying to not draft a good linebacker, D-lineman or DB if they are there when you pick but only if they are the best player available.
What ever skilled offensive players and O-linemen the Rams sign or draft has to be a certified hit each time from this point on. This team cannot afford to waste picks on projects.
