Because there isn't a GM dead or alive that hasn't had misses.
Paul you did a good job of showing the player personnel decisions he's made to construct that team.
He has done a phenomenal job and their really is no comparison between what McKenzie has done vs Snead.
Its clear to see which way the needle is pointing for both organizations.
Good breakdown.
True, but some have more misses than others. I also try to show what I believe to be the truth and I`m not going to overlook where he has missed. That being said, he missed a lot less than Fisher and the majority of GM`s (coaches who are GM`s as well) around the league.
Thanks. I still have a hard time seeing, "Snead" when I know ultimately Fisher is the GM and has final say and has made all the Rams high end choices. That's basically 8 1st round picks.
The coaching of these players is also responsible for the drafted players success and lack of success. Regardless, McKenzie has completely tuned the Raiders organization around and Fisher has kept the Rams organization in what seems to be a stagnant holding pattern with no real hope for the future. Boy is that frustrating.
I do believe Snead does have good ability to evaluate talent, but I wouldn't mind seeing Kroenke hire a big time GM and let him more or less make the moves and hire his coach. Would love to pry Chris Petersen away from Washington. IMO, he`s exactly the type of head coach Goff and the Rams need to turn this offense around.
