One Rule to Rule Them All. 
Toe touch rule, i mean. If a toe counts then a toe it is...if it needs to be the heel/toe to count...make it so.
Just make ONE freakin rule for that. With so many wonderful toe tips on the sideline for completions, I would think what Tru did
would've been accepted...or shoulda been. imo
