Which begs the question....why not? How come the Rams coaches "do not have access to replays in away games?" Never heard that excuse before.
And for those of you who did not see the horrible call on the Browns fumble... check it out. Truly awful. And an interesting weird quirk in the rulebook, no "visual evidence" to overturn something glaringly obvious.
