the Cardinals run some unique defensive sets. some 4-3 some 3-4 ?
Trumaine has played well against Fitz before. Pressure on their QB remains key. No one is going to win on coverage if Carson gets to sit back there.
nothing much has changed for me; the offense has to get their work done. remaining "MIA" is the run blocking one would expect to see from the Rams. The work to Robinson's side keeps looking like a stretch play. getting it blocked up, and sealed on the corners is still elusive. there appears to be room over there, but it then collapses. the first signs of true life was a superb jump cut by Todd in Tampa on that side. whoa !!
the "one and two" gaps just aren't there. they are experimenting with Brown and Cody. not feelling it; not seeing it. Cignetti took blame for a lot of ineptitude, but his work to free up Todd, as of now, looks better than what's going on. no swing passes to any back ? if they are going to keep this scheme up, I'd like to see Harkey more.
to me, a Rams win is far larger here than a loss. A loss puts us back at .500 Nothing alarming. It is what it is. A win really puts things in a different perspective. I don't like the match up right now, and Vegas agrees. It will take some surprises to come up with the win.
