No chance of a conviction for DUI.

Prediction, "reckless" driving type plea, no jail time, plus fine.

My thinking ... and please correct me ...was that it took four months to charge him was because they were waiting for a toxicology report ... also ... is it possible for there to be other mitigating circumstances or evidence that hasn't been reported by the media?

Furthermore ... the DA/prosecution ...

what if they have a boner for the Rams or for celebrities?

could it be possible that they are less willing to accept a soft plea agreement?

could it be possible that they want to make a statement, that NFL/Rams players are not gonna get a "get out of jail free" card, so that others are dissuaded from reckless conduct?

I'm just wondering ...

I want this guy wearing Horns: Jordan Westercamp

the video doesn't show how good his hands really are. I think he can be the next Danny Amendola.... with Chris Carter's hands... and then some.
