Too easy to get a forensic toxicologist or other expert to say the crappy driving was actually not the result of drugs but x,y,z.
Seriously, no way to win these. Because there really isn't an objective measure (like .08 BAC) to know if a person is driving under the influence of drugs.
No chance of a conviction for DUI.
Prediction, "reckless" driving type plea, no jail time, plus fine.
