Gaines looks good - if he can stay on the field. Same can be said for Havenstein. Tree has show flashes but has had injuries and we don't know what his career will look like at MLB. Austin is a good gadget player - running and catching + special teams, but not a top flight WR. Again - a good player but not someone other teams would covet as their main receiving weapon.
The Jenkins thing plays agains Snead I think since they took a flyer on the guy, developed him then let him walk. Now we're forced to watch a terrible 2nd round pick - Joyner try and fill his shoes.
Huh? Joyner is not and has not ever been the guy that is trying to fill his shoes... Gaines has been pegged for that duty.
Joyner is more of a designated 3rd corner who covers the slot.
Regardless of injuries can you name other GM's with more success the Snead lately???
