Get low, listen to Singletary, make the calls for the defense and he will be an outstanding MLB in the NFL.
Stay high, don't bend the hips, try to get by on athletic talent alone, and AO will never reach his true ability. It's all up to AO to decide.
All I know is if Singletary is telling me how to play LB, then I am all ears and running around like a mad dog at practice. Plus, I would know the D forward and backward....NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!!
