Really love the freeway metaphors. My exact take on Goff. Love what I see, but he's in over his head right now and we're in a good place to let him wait his turn.
What isn't analogous is that you had to learn as you drove. Looks like you turned out alright. I'd like to see Goff driving, but I'm admittedly selfish on this.
