okay; let me get this out of way early.

didn't think much of him before. actually, was down on him.
I was wrong, and wrong in a big way. In 2 games, he has done it all. And last night was superb. A Goff awful throw; kid reaches well behind his back shoulder, overhead, and finds the handles on that dreadful pass. Gee whiz; winning points. It's the work churning the ball, running to daylight that was so, so good.

Akeem Ayers jumping twice. TWICE? thought it might have been the lowlight of the night. The vet making a wretched mistake once was bad enough.
Cory Littleton keeps showing up. Would I miss Cameron Lynch if he swiped his spot?
Troy Hill keeps showing up. Not sure about his coverage skills, but what was supposedly his flaw, tackling, has been a strength. Add to it that his rotations came early in the game. A pretty good sign that both Jeff, and Gregg think the kid is flashing for them.

Okay; another guy that early reps, and played a lot, a lot of football for us. He's fat; uh....352 lbs. But they played the guy so much; one has to think he's being given a real shot to find a spot.

have to enjoy how hard he plays. one of the guys you would expect to make it to the last round of cuts. or more; see below
Brian Quick; K. Britt
folks may be unhappy about one or the other or both. they'll make plays for you. sure, Quick might have pulled in two more last night. still think he's a better choice than a number of the rookies.

no comment is probably a good thing. But.....how does the center get called for false start? Kush? always freaks me out when that happens. how, indeed.

Coples relegated to later work. well behind guys like Cam Thomas, and others. But did what he was supposed to; played bigger than the rest of scrubs. not so sure for him.
The Grim
Bradley Marquez going down, and staying down. The best of the special teams unit; looked this morning and as of yet; NO WORD. looked like an ankle from the only angle I could get. Did not look good. Westbrooks should be okay, er.....I hope.
If we lose Marquez, it opens up the door; especially on special teams for someone. It might be someone not even on the Rams. This would be work for Snead. Possible cuts from another team; might be looked at.
