Sorry, Man. I don't see it.
I see little value in TA. He's a gadget that pops for a big play now and then. But he can't give you anything consistent at WR or at RB. Or, really, in the slot. You can't build things on him.
Now, if you have a couple of good WRs (setting slots aside), a pass catching TE and a consistent running game (a maturing OL, TG, Benny, Brown or Green) ...
You really don't need the gadget. We have, proven or emerging, all of the above EXCEPT a threat as a WR. TA cannot be a true WR, in my view. Find or develop a WR, and we will have no need for TA.
