I have said this about Mannion for a long time. Technically he has slow feet and a quirky throwing motion. But in spite of both things, the ball comes out quickly enough when he throws and he has decent pocket sense and uses his feet to move a bit. So he may not look the part before he takes the field but when the bullets are flying he does fine and his presumed on paper limitations are not as problematical as you would think. I would class him with Hav as a guy who (at his position, qb or tackle) may not have all the ideal physical attributes but just gets it done in the heat of battle.
