Now if they miss the playoffs but finish 11-5 or 10-6 that's different (even if unlikely)
Fisher must go if the Rams don't win more than 8 games... He has essentially set the stage for it with his comments last night on hard knocks... He said 7, 8, 9, or even 10 wins aren't good enough. Yes he went there! He said they are too talented to not win more than 10 games
Show me...and if they are so talented and then don't win...then ultimately he should be held accountable.
I like Snead I think he's done a good job even though he has missed too. Pead, Quick, Watkins, Mason...but I would consider keeping him. It just wouldn't be a must... In other words I'm not keeping Snead if it means I might miss out on a great head coaching candidate who might have another preference. And let's say Snead stays do you turn over the hiring process to him?
What about you what do you think?
