Fisher, Snead or Both?

August 10, 2016 05:46AM
Let's face it, the current GM/Coach regime have lasted longer than they would have with MANY other organizations. I do believe Fisher was hired and retained with the move back to LA in the forefront of Kroenke's mind. Given all of that, I think to keep the LA area interested, the Rams NEED to win in the next few seasons. I don't think they want to open the league's greatest stadium in 2019, coming off another losing season. Fisher has a proven record of mediocrity. Obviously, we are all hoping for a big jump in record this year. But....................

If the Rams fail to even hit 8-8 again this year, is Fisher sent packing? Does Snead go with them? Obviously, the records have been disappointing. What in your minds warrant retaining this regime or dismissal?

Snead has very little to do with on field performance.
