My initial is both...

...but I really don't know how much of some of the decisions truly are driven by Fisher. So I might cut Snead a little slack.

Anything less than 9 wins should usher Fisher out the door in my mind. But I'm hopeful that this team can make some gains this year. Would I have fired Fisher this year, yup, but would I be happy with a winning Rams having Fisher at the helm....yes.
