Thanks again everyone for your kindness!!

A quick update...... since I work a desk job, I decided to attempt to come back to work starting yesterday. As long as I dont stay seated in the same position for too long of a period of time, I seem to be able to tolerate it. The incision has healed on the surface for the most part, but isnt quite healed on the inside from what I can tell. I need to be careful in regards to movement and anything that could cause any damage to the abdominal area internally. I'm intentionally moving at about a 75% of normal speed/rate as I do things as a precaution. LOL

So it seems I'm slowly getting back into game-shape. Hopefully I'm looking to come off the PUP list before the preseason ends. I've got to be in game shape for the Rams/Hags game since I'm making the trip to the Left Coast with the family to see it live!

Again, I so appreciate everyone's love...... thanks for keeping my spirits up during this crazy ordeal. The calls, posts, PM's, texts and messages have helped keep my spirits high throughout the recovery process. You guys are the best!!!!
