They did a piece on Moving the Chains about how the top teams in the league tend to have the smallest staffs. Guys like Bellicheck and Tomlin manage things top down and keep everyone 'on message' with the players. They were laughing about how some teams went so far as to have 4 strength and conditioning coaches. 'How do you manage all those people?' was the big takeaway.
