That face mask penalty on Austin could easily have cost us the game.
I know this is radical and I'm taking somewhat from soccer.
In soccer when a player brings down a man in a clear scoring situation the player is automatically sent off (ejected).
That wouldn't have helped us a fat lot, but I also think in these situations the ball should be placed on the 1-yard line.
There was zero reason for the guy not to have performed the face mask penalty.
Just a thought.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
