The stadium is filled. But. Where are the Rams fans? I'd wager a few bucks that less than 70% of the seats are licensed by the way. And local fans can buy those seats owned by brokers just like opposing fans can..........but they aren't.
Legit question not shish stirring because I feel like we like discussing things with each other. Are the Chargers also experiencing this level of disinterest locally?
At this rate Kroenke will be dead years before that stadium is filled with Rams fans.
Yesterday Ford Field was absolutely rocking with a Bears jersey nowhere in sight in the stands. Same with the Cowboys, and they aren't very good. Of course the Packers in a state with 6 or 7 million people was all green and yellow, it always is. That's a different creature like just a few NFL teams.
The Rams have delivered way, way more for the fans than they could have expected considering they were "7-9 dooky" when they moved there.
not hard to do some simple research to find your answers...call the Rams and find out the only SSL's left are nose bleed seats in the upper 500 section
there is secondary market for SSL's where most people are trying to sell their SSL's for profit...they wouldn't be selling for twice the price and up if they were still available for face value from the Rams...
Not really.... here is Cowboys game a few years ago
It happens in todays day and age where getting tickets is much easier and the NFL has become such a monster in popularity.
I've been to plenty of games where it was 90% Rams fans at Sofi when the B level fan base teams play here....Cardinals, Panthers, Lions(when they sucked in 2021) Falcons, etc....
It is usually only when the big tiime teams come to town where it is an issue.
You and other really need to come to Sofi to see it for yourself...
Here is a shot of the Rams side from the Eagles game....it isn't as bad as TV makes it out to be. There were lots of Eagle fans, but there still mostly Rams fans
As for the Chargers? There is no comparison... They sell their SSL's for pennies on the dollar and still can't give them away... A $2000 SSL for the Rams were $100 for the Chargers when they couldn't sell any
