Punishing people for not breaking a law or rule is as UNAMERICAN as it gets.
If you added a clause to the contract, and as you know there is a contract for ticketholders, that the tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the owner and not tendered to another party wouldn't last 5 minutes in a courtroom. PSL's are personal property.
Owners don't give a shish WHOOOOOO is sitting in the seats as long as they are spending money in the stadium. If every single seat was filled by an Eagles fan last week nobody would care especially not Kroenke.
I can assure you that Stan K is happy opposing fans are in the house otherwise there would be a lot of empty seats. And a lot less revenue.
It is not just fans with season tickets that are selling them and I think you know that. The Rams have shishtons of seats available that are unsold single game seats.
they do? when was the last time you saw single game tickets for the Rams reg season games from the RAMS at face value?
They do sell the unsold tickets(SSL's are about 95% sold out) about 5% of the tickets(all upper deck) for single games do go on sale after the schedule is released, but they sell out quickly and are all gone well before the season actually starts
Don't get the Ticket Master seats available confused with face value tickets... Yes the Rams and other teams have links to single game tickets, but they ALL run through ticket master and are all priced by secondary market prices....
Here is the link from the Rams official site for single game tickets

as you can see it is just a link to the tickets available on the secondary market through TicketMaster
Taking away parking priority is the least they can do for those who abuse the right to their season tickets.....heck, some teams will flat out revoke your right to buy them if they see you are selling most games.
