Belichick's record until later years is fairly unbelievable.

Has anyone else done that? and had success?
How did he keep players believing in him/his approach?
You would think he would have had several disputes a year over money (as a GM) that could be a cancer to the team.
One thing I noticed about Patriots - their offensive line was usually one of the top units in the league.
