Just as what you are saying. You are saying that what the Rams did with Jones just doesn't happen? Or that changing oline lineups just doesn't happen? Or the timing just doesn't happen? That is much more than "pointing out". Pointing out is saying what they did. Hand wringing is questioning if it was the right decision, what got fouled up, will it hurt the team, does this make McVay impulsive, etc.

But if my use of the term hand-wringing was taken offensively, then I regret it because it wasn't my intent.
