The last 3 do not play DT and the team had just selected Verse. Hall is said to have had character issues and is a 3 Tech. Smith hasn't done much of anything since his freshman season. Fiske had more sacks last season than Jenkins had his entire time at Michigan.
As a previous poster pointed out the market price isn't static like a draft chart.
