Yes, Rams overpaid as per the charts. One more sever than the others but for 2 of the three
it's just a 4th to 5th. The other is higher ... and okay, they overpaid.
Odds are it's worth it.

But Rams gotta be laughing. Maybe they got a great fit for their scheme --- and was worth the extra "value" over and above
being stuck with Hall or some of the other 3-4 "DEs" at the end of round 3 and early 4.
If you see a car on the lot and it's better for your uses than the others --- you would be willing pay more.
