It's based on the assumption that you mention --he'd be there at 45, which would be cheaper ... but also his assumptions ... the variable value of the 2025 2nd he values it higher than some other analysts do. Others doe it a different way.
If there is one guy like that --- and that's all there were... he's different *enough* to be worth more.
Sure, you can risk he'd be there are a cheaper place, but if you blow it (Wagner) you're stuck with a cheaper model.
