I have two:
1, Harrison Jr. Hasn't yet signed standard player agreement re: endorsements, etc. with Players Association. Would he take this stance if his name were Hickenson? You don't walk into new situtions (such as being highly selected to launch a multimillion $$ career) and start by throwing your weight around against the established protocols instead of simply being gracious - at least at first. If he has a beef with how the NFLPA does business, best that he earn his stripes first, and
then criticize. Primadonnas, sooner or later, get their tutu's soiled and then they cry.
Seriously, I'd rather have a stud who might lack the natural abilities of a Harrison, but who will fight for the ball, fight for yards, block and play ST's willingly and can be depended upon to give all that he has to make the team better - even if he were a late round pick.
2, Nailpolish boy. I look for him to make a splash and if he isn't real tough, to sink. Sure, he plays real smooth, has the arm, but as Kurt [pointed out, questionable decision-making - and I wonder if it goes deeper than that. I'd be preoccupied wondering how long he'd last as a Ram, or whether he'd fit into a culture that is decidedly not me-first oriented. I just don'tsee him as a leader of men such as Kupp and Nakua, or Havenstein. Or Avila. Or Dotson.
For his own sake, I hope he makes it. But while we waait it out I'm glad he's not a Ram.
