From what I can tell..

It's going in a lot of peoples pockets.. the problem with raising property values, it not only raises your taxes, it also skyrockets your homeowners insurance cuz you hafta cover a much higher value.. same damn structure, $1k more propert taxes and $1k more insurance per year.. taxing us right out of our homes..
