Lets be honest here. No one knows anything about the mentality before the draft and after and whether there is such a thing as "team mentality" . I for one am very pleased with our picks. To me the game is still about blocking and tackling and it looks like we are addressing those two elements.

Looking forward to how are picks turn out. However, I do think that we are drafting different type players than in the past which focused on offensive highlights. And I think that is good.
