You nailed it, Speed. I felt an older and wiser Snead at the helm last night- exploring the possibilities, but not being seduced by having to follow this riverboat persona he's stoked in the media. Explore the deals, but don't give up the boat to reach the desired ends. Last night may have been "boring" for us, but very productive. And like you say, "mature". I love it. It makes us a deadlier animal. We appear to be moving from the "swing for the fences" dynamic, to a more disciplined approach in FA and the draft. Snead and McVay evolving has been a joy to watch.
