As Rodrigue said..... they are making calls about moving up....AND.... moving down.
This has the effect of sending out mixed messages so that no one has any idea of what they want to do, but it might give the Rams some extra data points if they find potential trade partners in both directions.

There is no way Snead gives up this year's 1, next year's 1, and even more to move up into the top 10. That would only happen for a QB, and the Rams aren't hunting for a QB.
