I have been watching some film recently......
What stands out to me is Chop gets leverage, drives his guy backwards and just collapses that side of the LOS. The guy is strong and his motor keeps going and going.
Putting Chop opposite Young really gives our Rams Defense 2 young top notch edge rushers. That's exactly what the Rams need IMHO.
So what did I learn about Chop from this thread so far???
He could be very good or maybe he won't.
Has lots of talent but also has some flaws.
Some guys play well in college and that talent carries over to the NFL and sometimes it doesn't.
Some guys don't play well in college but then go on to be great in the NFL.
There is a high hit rate in the first round but some also are busts.
Snead might like Chop but then again he may not.
Chop is still very young and sometimes that allows them to grow but not always.
Chop will be looked at very early in the draft by a lot of teams but then some will not see it the same way.
He is the type of player that can be a playing right away but he also might need a little time to adjust to the NFL.
Snead is very good with his picks except for when he misses on one.
I think that about covers it, doesn't it?
You can never be wrong if you play both sides of the fence!!!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
