His PFF grades as far as pass rushing are nuts

April 19, 2024 09:42AM
Pass Rush grade 98th percentile
Pass rush grade on true pass rushes 91st percentile
pass rush win percentage 96th percentile
Pass rush grade w/o play action 100th percentile

Those numbers are insane. And I'm not a huge fan of PFF. If you watch enough of him, QBs were just throwing balls away in order to avoid getting killed by him. He is supposedly super coachable, infectious personality and his motor is insanely hot.

If I had one issue that no one but maybe YB53 has talked about is that he likes to line up in that wide 9 position and explodes past the OT. He won't be doing that at all if the Rams take him. He is super bendy and explosive off the snap, so it really shouldn't be an issue. And I have seen him stunt and my goodness are OTs on skates when he loops inside out. But, it is still out there.

and what is interesting is Young was 25 yr old rookie, Chop will be 21

JimYoungblood5327April 20, 2024 09:31AM

Also, remember Chop is younger than some of the others - just 21

I like good news on edges/DT's - then we can trade back, still get a good one and EXTRA picks
