From Day #1 HC Sean McVay told the players that "IT'S WE NOT ME!"

And he told them with conviction that he will hold himself to the standards WE SET to make sure that everyone knows that you can't WIN ALONE, it takes all of us working and striving together to achieve each of our goals.

Now, McVay and Snead go find players that will do what it takes to make sure THE TEAM GETS BETTER EACH AND EVERY DAY.

I love what Aaron Donald told McVay to do in last years draft....McVay asked him what type of players do you want Aaron, and Donald simply said, "Go get players that care...They simply care."

That's made all the difference at Rams Park!
