The list JimYoungblood53 attached is from "The Beast", a draft compilation put out by Dane Bruglar of theathletic.com.
It is an incredible document if you are into the NFL draft.
It is 324 pages of info on thousands of players.
He breaks them down by position. For instance, he has 216 safties listed. For the first 38 safties, he writes out a fairly lengthy review.
For the cornerbacks, he uses 40 pages and rates 244 CBs. He has a lengthy review written out for the first 54 CBs.
Another example, for Blake Corum, his 2nd rated RB (and the one I hope the Rams get), he has:
- 6 paragraphs summarizing his background/stregths/weaknesses, etc.
- all his college stats
- his combine/pro day workout numbers.
I had always balked at paying for an theathletic.com subscription, but this is a no brainer. It is 1.99/month for the first year, 7.99/month thereafter, but cancel anytime? . . . or so it says.
"The Beast" itself is worth much more than the yearly subscription to me.
