I could see Penix at 19 depending on what Stafford has told the Rams?

I know there are other needs, but QB is near the top if Stafford has told the Rams he's playing 2 ? more years?

I view Penix as a top thrower of the ball. To me he's right there with the best in the league as far as throwing "strength".

Maybe he needs some work on processing and putting a little more "touch" on some throws, but he is near the top in abilty to throw it accurately on a line 30+ yards down the field.
