For me its far more important that the Rams sign a quality backup period... I am not married to Wentz although should they choose him great

So some of these are off the board now... so they do need to get moving but Wentz is only one option
He can get those tough yards via QB sneak, designed QB run play or when the play breaks down. He also adds the RPO to our playbook.
I would be ok with Jimmy G if Wentz goes elsewhere or wants too much moolah.
That's my mindset as well, great arm, good upside but the running ability provides the Rams option even when Stafford is 100% healthy. Jimmy G would just hold a clipboard till called upon. Wentz' attractiveness is that he adds more value than just injury insurance.
