Clowney & Danielle Hunter have almost identical size, speed and track record, why not just sign Clowney?

Clowney would cost less than half of what Hunter signed for and gives the same pass rush with better run defense.

Are there issues with him that cause teams to kind of shy away?

I would sign him with incentives like the Ravens.
