Would be to draft a LT. If they can hit on the pick, which of course is no given, then you can move Jackson to RG and maybe find a way to pay him at some point this season. Then you'll have your money on the right side of the line but that's ok given the youth and team control for the left side.

Problem is they also need a Center. Comparing Shelton to another recent iffy Rams interior FA in Corbett he got more than he should from a dumb Carolina team. So I'm thinking Shelton hitting the market means there's a good chance he's gone as well.

Now where they have to draft to get a starting Center, assuming they have good OG play with Avila & Jackson protecting said rookie, I am not sure. Tend to think we should have room for error but they do need some more talent in here at that spot.
