Short answer is yes, I think he carries that much weight with both Snead and McVay, entire FO, too, for that matter. Including Kroenke himself.

As an aside, I feel certain that Rams will address their OL just fine, even if both Dotson and Shelton depart. I might add that I have a ton of respect for both Wendell and Munchak to keep OL firing on all cylinders. Remember, Dotson was a lightly regarded OG when Rams got him and look what they turned him into! I think that they can repeat that process with another latent talent. I might add that Shelton had his best year under their tutelage.
