Tendering Jackson at the 2nd round level is a no brainer. Bank it.

Now, if, somehow, a stud LOT should fall into their lap come draft time, then they may pounce. Or not.

But for 2024 Alaric Jackson is gonna be a Ram, almost certainly as starting LOT while Rams address other needs.
