I believe he is more of a receiving TE and the Rams look for a complete TE, that blocks first and catches second. Hopkins is the other way around, Rams never seem to use him right. Made a great catch against San Francisco in the last game of the year on a pass from Carson Wentz. Still huge in the Super Bowl plus a great block on the 4th down jet sweep run by Kupp.
