Rochell was the only true bust. Hopkins IMO has the real ability and has/had shown it a few times and many times just never seemed to get enough of a shot. Cam would do enough to always think he was just on the cusp of being the guy. Jefferson had his moments as well, and was a good deep threat in several games, but never really followed through. Henderson was thought of enough to be brought back (yes it was because of the injury issues), but still they could have looked elsewhere when they called on him. He did have a few 100 yard games too.
Rochell had all the metrics for his position, but never showed a thing....IMO the 1 true bust.
