Good admin work is vital to any org. Bad admin weakens operations and overall performance. This guy is experienced in that area. I've got to believe that he has some talent. This could be another piece to help McSnead see clearly. Obviously McVay's weaknesses have not yet been fully corrected. Maybe this guy can fix that.
