Not a fan of the guy but geez, most teams would be 1/2 as lucky to have him as their coach.
My biggest (neutral) criticism is his guys play too physical so by the end of the season they're worn out, tired, beat up & injured. Gotta save something if you're playing 20 games.
Never thought a team could be too physical. I still think he is one of the top Head Coaches in the game, but I am pleased he has never won the Super Bowl, however, if the 49ers went in another direction I would be jumping for joy.
