the ability to process quickly or to process even when being rushed or when things are chaotic or not perfect
That 4th down play where Goff threw the ball into the dirt reminded me so much of a game against Seattle where the Rams went for on 4th down in 2020 and Goff rolled out like that and threw a similar pass. In that game the pass sailed over Wood's head and was intercepted
One of the things I absolutely love about Stafford and you hear people talk about is his arm talent but how super smart he is... I mean he is operating on another level mentally. Hes not on Brady or Manning's level in terms of wins but he is super smart like they were. You know who else is just super smart like that? Mahomes. Man when I tell you all the noise that was happening in that stadium on Sunday and for him to lead two opening drives like that against the Ravens as if there was no one in the stadum ...,man it's just unreal
The special ones you can see it... they hold the ball a tick longer, or they move just a bit, they don't fall apart, they remain composed, and in the biggest moments they nail you
