Thank you Deadpool,

One question I have is what do teams do to protect (the best they can) against using draft choices on players that might "bust"?

What indications might lead a team to see "bust potential"?
What do teams miss on "can't miss" prospects who end "busting"?

Is it as easy as "you can't see what's in a player's heart"?
