Post Season is where you have to make your bones and IMO, McCarthy has not getting it done. Is Jones taking he cheap way out, not wanting to pay McCarthy? Who knows? I understand the Dallas Dynamic, but both units failed against Green Bay as the turnovers offensively and the Packers blew up Dan Quinn's defense. Overall, I could see a slow start for Dallas next year and then, what will Jerry do? Anyways I am more then happy to see them struggle and I expect next year for things to get worse before they get better.
