I remember John Madden relating that he and Al Davis would go round and round over which was more important: OL or CB.
At that time in the NFL I can see the argument for CB. Now I'm thinking EDGE might be more important, as even the best CB's are vulnerable under todays passing rules. But the ability to pressure and throw off a QB is invaluable.
